Pricing ranges from $250- 400/hour billed monthly. We'll work with you during the discovery call to determine the best fit for your firm’s size and goals. Generally, firms can work with us three ways: Tiered monthly packages based on the level of support your firm needs. Project-based contract for a specific initiative. As-needed consulting by the hour.

Can we hire your employees as 1099 employees instead of contracting with Next Peak?Generally, we work through a firm-based consulting model, so all services are delivered via a contract with Next Peak. Our team operates under our brand to ensure consistency, accountability, and quality across every engagement.

Can you work with our other advisors and consultants (e.g., attorneys, consultants)?Yes! We work seamlessly alongside your other trusted advisors, including attorneys, other consultants, and partner firms. Our goal is to complement the work they’re doing and ensure the people side of your business is integrated with all other strategic efforts.
